Has AI Killed Anyone?
A sourced, daily-updated registry tracking deaths officially attributed to AI alongside cases that remain alleged.
Field notes
The registry separates cases supported by a court, coroner, or government investigation from deaths described in lawsuits, investigations, or credible reporting but not proven. Its current confirmed list includes five self-driving incidents, with entries naming people, locations, vehicle or system versions, dates, and findings such as NTSB reports or a federal jury decision. Separate filters cover chatbots and LLMs, military systems, and medical or algorithmic decisions, while Methodology, Data, and Scan log provide additional ways to inspect the record.
