The Trilogy of the Fawn, the Fox, and the Faerie
Kelly Anne Manuel presents an interdisciplinary artwork combining poetry, original painting, music, voice, and moving image across seven encounters.
Field notes
The project presents its pieces as encounters rather than as a conventional gallery inventory. A poem serves as the starting point, then connects to a painting, music, voice, and moving image; the visible sequence runs from “The Mare Night” through Acts I–III. Individual records include materials, canvas dimensions, and dates—for example, an oil painting on 50.8 × 50.8 cm raised canvas and an acrylic work on a 10 × 10 cm flat canvas.
