Mitu Keeps the Event Clock Honest

Mitu models a live event as one shared clock: a running order contains timed blocks and owners, while producer, hall, speaker, and crew views expose different slices of the same schedule. Its example shows a two-minute keynote overrun propagating through every later block, including the 15-minute demo and 20-minute coffee break. The producer can pause, adjust time, or send a short line to the speaker; after zero, the timer counts overtime without advancing the plan.
