Palladium Tool Box
A chemistry workbench for predicting palladium cross-coupling conditions and working backward from likely products.
Field notes
The tool accepts drawn molecules or SMILES and separates the workflow into substrate entry, search parameters, and a prediction report. Its retrosynthesis path asks the user to identify the newly formed bond in a product, then reconstructs leaving groups and plausible precursor arrangements; Suzuki and Buchwald–Hartwig pathways are detected from the selected bond. The interface includes ligand forcing and exclusion, metal filters, data-support thresholds, alternative-result controls, and downloadable reports.
