RoundUp K12 keeps the student-records demo honest
A web-first student-records platform for K-12 districts, with attendance working and five other modules clearly marked as in design or still scoped.
Field notes
The visible prototype models an exception-based attendance workflow: students begin marked present, and staff change only the exceptions before submitting a reconciled tally. It displays four statuses—present, absent, tardy, and excused—and says each row retains five days of history. The roster contains seven invented students, and the page explicitly notes that the demonstration has no API and saves nothing. Attendance is marked built, while gradebook, student records, scheduling, state reporting, and family access remain at different planning stages.
