Smiling Plug describes two separate workflows rather than a single broad software platform. Dibs combines past grade data, live seat counts, student reviews, and alerts for reopened course sections; the second product is aimed at crews whose work moves from a door knock to an estimate, schedule, invoice, and payment. The company says the field app is still in development and emphasizes retaining records when a crew is offline.
