STLibrarian catalogs the models in your 3D-printing folders
A desktop library for scanning, rendering, measuring, grouping, and tracking STL files on your own machine.
Field notes
STLibrarian builds a local database from existing folders while leaving those folders unchanged. It renders previews without a GPU or browser, measures bounding boxes and enclosed volume, flags mesh holes, and groups related files for review. The page also describes print records that retain printer, material, settings, outcomes, and failed attempts, plus links between a model and the sliced file used to print it. A shared NAS-backed browser mode is identified as still in testing.
