V雀: Four-Person Mahjong with a Cast of 44

V雀 combines CPU and online friend matches with a roster of 44 named雀士 characters. Its beginner mode surfaces recommended discards, shanten count, and the types and number of useful tiles, while friend rooms can add CPU players to empty seats. The project also exposes a self-hostable server and a Windows AI application using Mortal, with source repositories linked from the homepage. Character creators can submit a name and standing illustration for review after identity confirmation through X or Discord.
