Editorial interest 84/100 Selection signal · not a rating of the site

A self-hosted theater management system that converts, verifies, transfers, and keys DCPs from a virtual machine on the cinema’s own network.

Landing page captured for the 2026-09-12 issue.

Field notes

The system places its conversion, ingest, transfer, and KDM pipelines on a virtual machine inside the theater, with browser access from the booth, office, or tablet. Its conversion path accepts .mp4, .mov, and .mkv files and produces 2K flat DCPs at 24 fps. For ingest, it checks PKL hashes before copying and re-hashes files afterward, deleting failed copies so incomplete packages do not remain importable.
