BOUNCE / TONE Turns Collisions Into Accidental Music
A browser physics sandbox where users arrange shapes, materials, gravity, portals, growth rules, and sound to create bouncing visual experiments.
Field notes
The sandbox builds a playable system from a boundary, moving objects, collision rules, and sound choices. Its controls go beyond basic gravity and shape selection: users can add up to three special areas, up to eight obstacles, mutation probabilities, object lifetimes, trails, and random environmental events. Music mode maps collisions to selected notes, scales, and BPM, making the experiment function as both a visual toy and a constrained sound generator.
