Field notes
The service uses a user's reZEN API key to read transaction records, discover the associated team, and assemble recipient-specific morning emails. A sample digest includes condition deadlines, a firm date, listing-agent details, and a count of outstanding documents. Team leads receive their own deals, abbreviated references to shared deals, and team-level exceptions such as overdue conditions or closings that week. The site says the tool does not modify transaction data.
