Wen Studio Builds Tools From Everyday Friction
A one-person Taiwan-Europe studio turns specific personal needs into custom apps, web tools, and small desktop utilities.
Field notes
The studio's workflow moves from an informal account of a problem to a written plan covering scope, exclusions, schedule, and cost, followed by testable builds and security checks. Its product examples make the approach concrete: Miss Sunshine exports sticker assets and print-ready PDFs with millimeter settings, while Folumi uses OCR to extract invoice data before Excel export and cloud handoff. A phonetic-symbol adventure for children remains in development.
