An open computational-screening project tests molecules against neglected-disease targets and publishes the results, including failed runs.

The project describes a repeatable docking workflow: molecules are ranked against disease-relevant proteins, then checked against positive controls, property-matched decoys, and known crystal poses. It sets a 2.0 Å pose-reproduction threshold and says each record links back to the timestamped file that generated it. Failed runs remain in the public record, while the target queue records proteins rejected before funded screening begins.
