Rafiq turns a café owner’s spoken know-how and documents into multilingual lessons, quizzes, roleplays, and an on-shift question-answering assistant.
Field notes
The demo is built from two interviews and four documents, producing six modules, 24 lessons, and 531 recorded facts across 12 operational categories. A worker receives a six-character code, chooses a language, and can ask questions from a phone; the displayed answer about milk-fridge temperature includes three daily recording times. Rafiq is designed to refuse questions absent from the shop’s own training rather than fill gaps with general café advice.
