BatchWhisk: The Browser-Based Baking Toolkit
A free set of baking utilities for scaling recipes, costing batches, comparing pan sizes, and planning quantities.
Field notes
The scaler uses desired servings divided by original servings as its multiplier, applying that figure across the entered ingredients. Its example moves a batch from 12 to 24 servings and includes flour, butter, sugar, and eggs. Results can be printed or downloaded as CSV, while saved recipes remain on the current browser and device. The page also cautions that ingredient scaling does not determine baking time, which still depends on portion size, batter depth, pans, and oven behavior.
