The builder accepts the text export produced by WordPress Site Health rather than connecting to a site or installing a plugin. It filters the source down to version, theme, and plugin information, then combines that inventory with author-entered project details and six handover checks. A comparison mode can identify differences between two exports, while the page explicitly cautions that differences do not establish their cause and that the record does not verify ownership, backups, uptime, vulnerabilities, or contractual acceptance.
