Hearth AI Turns Construction Photos Into a Living Project Record
Hearth AI proposes using worksite images and video to update schedules, flag deviations, and keep BIM models aligned with what was built.
Field notes
The proposed workflow accepts imagery from ordinary phone walks as well as 360 cameras, drones, fixed cameras, and other reality-capture systems. Its sample project connects visual evidence to specific planning objects: 342 of 418 Level 3 elements are verified, a duct main is 90 mm below its model elevation, and a schedule shows drywall being resequenced after a four-day delay. Hearth says sub-0.85-confidence findings go to a person before entering the plan.
