MikiTracker separates quick symptom capture from review: users record bowel movements with pre-filled date and time, then inspect a seven-day color-coded history and editable summaries. The page says five Lichtiger inputs are calculated from the recorded stools while three more are entered manually, for a total out of 21. It also describes a CSV attachment workflow for emailing a doctor and says the local database is excluded from cloud backup.
