Pulse is a local-first desktop tool that drafts electrical schematics, sources real components, runs SPICE simulations, and checks designs against declared specifications.

The demonstrated workflow begins with an approved tolerance table and ends with an auditable export to KiCad. In the homepage example, a 12 V-to-3.3 V, 3 A buck converter passes six checks, including 92.4% efficiency, 58° phase margin, and a 99.4% yield across 500 Monte Carlo runs. Pulse says parts are sourced from DigiKey and their SPICE models are tied to cited datasheets, while simulation runs through ngspice or LTspice on the local machine.
