SOPBot Turns Phone Calls Into Process Documents
An operations tool that interviews employees by phone and delivers a finished standard operating procedure to a dashboard when the call ends.
Field notes
SOPBot uses a regular phone call as the input layer for process documentation. The employee answers prompts such as what happens when a task goes wrong, then the resulting SOP is placed in a dashboard without a scheduled meeting or employee app installation. The pricing model is credit-based: the visible packs cover five, fifteen, or thirty calls, and separate WorkflowIQ reports analyze one process or up to eight SOPs for automation opportunities.
