The described setup accepts a lap count, a time limit, or both, and says the race ends when either limit is reached. During a race, the starter logs each leader crossing; the app displays the flag for the next crossing and can undo taps or adjust the remaining laps. For timed races, it bases the white-flag estimate on the leader’s last three laps. The page says finished races stay on the phone and the app can resume after an interruption.
