A school counselor creates an account, adds the school, and gets a dedicated QR code to print for classrooms or corridors. Students scan it, select a report category, describe what happened, and may withhold their name; a personal link lets them check whether the case is pending, under review, or resolved, along with the responsible teacher. The page also describes counselor tools for filtering cases, managing staff access, and exporting date-filtered Excel reports.
