Luminhale pairs breathwork with singing bowls

Field notes

The interface offers HRV, Power, 4-7-8, and Box breathing, with controls for pausing, captions, hiding, and ending a session. It assigns a singing bowl to each breath step and includes a hold-specific prompt: tap the screen when you need to inhale. Before starting, a safety notice says to sit or lie down, avoid use near water or while moving, and stop if unwell; it also lists medical conditions for which users should skip the exercise or ask a doctor.
