unservicedsolar.com Visit website

Editorial interest 77/100 Selection signal · not a rating of the site

It sells area-specific lists of homes whose solar installer has closed, for licensed solar contractors and roofers.

Landing page captured for the 2026-09-30 issue.

For: Licensed solar service contractors and roofers
Worth noticing: Rows can include the original installer, installation timing, last roof permit, battery status, and whether a later solar permit appears.

Field notes

The page separates two use cases: service contractors can look for systems needing inverter repairs, monitoring hookups, or batteries, while roofers can use the last roof-permit date to spot older jobs. It says lists are built from each area's own permit records and sold area by area. Quarterly refreshes and alerts for newly closed installers are presented as optional add-ons.
