Field notes
The site aligns the budgets municipalities adopt before the year begins with the accounts they later file to Statistics Netherlands (CBS), and says amendments passed during the year remain part of the gap. Its tables break results into nine main policy areas, with youth care and Wmo shown separately, and compare annual totals from 2017 through 2025. The page reports 6,713 reports and 2,495,775 filled lines; six municipalities did not file both reports with CBS for 2025.
