Stavrel checks what the model reads
A bill-of-lading tool that extracts shipping documents, then checks container digits, Incoterms, port codes, and weights.
- For
- Dutch and EU freight-forwarding desks
- Worth noticing
- The sample container number fails: ISO 6346 expects 8, but the bill reads 7.
Field notes
The workflow accepts a PDF, scan, or forwarded email, holds the bill while users add an invoice, packing list, or VGM, then runs checks after extraction. It flags failed results—including container check digits, Incoterms, UN/LOCODEs, and weight arithmetic—and leaves other fields for human review. Exports are Excel or CSV files with layouts for named systems such as Softpak, Portbase, AGS, and ICS2; the files must be uploaded manually rather than sent directly to those systems.
