Field notes
The page distinguishes quick, lightly processed entries from memories with a small number of prompts and longer stories with more extensive questions. It says longer stories can be checked against their source recording for names, dates, and places. Book customization includes photo layouts and several sizes; the site also describes a free tier with unlimited journal entries and a monthly limit on memories.
