Field notes
Organizers set a title, voting period, and recipient list; addresses can be pasted from Outlook, Excel, or email. Each participant gets a one-time link, while organizers can track participation without seeing choices. The site says ballot and invitation records are stored in separate tables without shared IDs or vote timestamps; it also withholds results below three votes. Source code is publicly viewable, and the project documents a Docker-based self-hosting route under Elastic License 2.0.
