Field notes

Customers choose a destination such as YouTube, TikTok or a website, then select a package that determines formats and extras. The page says delivery is an MP4 within five working days, and offers a chance to review whether a page has enough usable text before payment. During the founding pilot, each film is made and checked by hand; the displayed request form is not yet functional.
