Worth noticing: The sample flow shows shops paid at runner pickup, a 10% shop commission, and delivery handoff using a code or door photo.

Field notes

The homepage presents distinct workflows for customers, shops and runners, plus a send-to-family route for people living abroad. Its sample transactions itemize delivery and service fees, and the shop example shows a 10% commission deducted from a sale. The page describes delivery codes, door photos and map pins with landmarks, but labels the Harare launch as coming soon.
