- For
- IRC users on desktop or Android
- Worth noticing
- On Windows, it is offered as a single .exe with no installer; releases are checked against their SHA-256 sums before the app restarts.
Field notes
The site describes a Go client that uses the web engine already present on each system: WebView2 on Windows and WebKit on macOS and Linux. Its IRC workflow includes auto-login via SASL or NickServ, reconnect backoff, per-channel history, and optional plain-text logs. The homepage also gives platform-specific setup links, including a soju guide, rather than stopping at a single generic download button.
