First Spade turns council planning lists into builder leads

Field notes

The registration form lets users choose a trade and target a London postcode district or borough. The described review process removes minor amendments, conditions, trees and signs, then adds a score and estimated job-size band; the page stresses that the size is an estimate, not a quote. A sample card includes an application stage and says the architect or agent is named for subscribers.
