Field notes
The page describes a short submission: write a few lines, with siblings allowed to share one letter. Santa’s introduction names the sender and recipient, while the rest is retold in his words; the letter is shown handwritten on the workbench. The listed price covers as many as four children. The site says it asks only for first names and removes letters and films after Christmas, by 31 January.
