- Students renting rooms in Hamilton

Field notes
The first account is divided into ten numbered sections, moving from the rental arrangement and payment record through a timeline, evidence, and right of reply. The author is identified as a McMaster University PhD student but remains unnamed at their request. The page says the account is based on the author's records and explicitly notes that its descriptions have not been tested by a court or tribunal.
