Tariflex, a Turkish customs-tariff desk
A Turkish-language lookup and calculation site for GTİP customs codes, tariff rates, comparisons, and estimated import costs.
- For
- Turkish importers and customs researchers
- Worth noticing
- Its cost calculator asks for origin, goods value, freight, and insurance, while the page warns that results are estimates.
Field notes
The search guidance tells users to inspect both the goods description and its tariff chapter: a keyword match alone does not establish the correct classification, which may depend on composition, use, and technical characteristics. For cost estimates, the page names origin, goods value, freight, and insurance as inputs, and notes that duties can also depend on customs value and product measures. Its displayed totals are inconsistent, so the extract does not establish the dataset’s coverage or currency.
