Windhawk is a marketplace for Windows and program customizations, offering mods made from code snippets and options to create your own.

Landing page captured for the 2026-10-22 issue.

For: Windows users who want to customize their programs
Worth noticing: The homepage features a Chrome/Edge mod for scrolling tabs with the mouse wheel and says mod source code can be reviewed.

Field notes

The homepage links to a mod browser and a download, and describes customization through options rather than requiring users to edit code themselves. It also says each mod comes as reviewable source code. The featured-mod list includes a Chrome/Edge tweak for scrolling tabs with the mouse wheel; the supplied extract does not show the full catalog or installation steps.
