SkyKeys pairs a Mac app with an iPhone app to provide customizable keys, wheels, sliders, and trackpad controls.

Landing page captured for the 2026-10-29 issue.

For: Mac users who want customizable physical-style controls
Worth noticing: The page says cable, Wi-Fi and Bluetooth connections can fail over automatically, with a code confirmed on both screens.

Field notes

The Mac-side Console is where users arrange freely placed buttons, wheels, sliders, scrubbers, and trackpad surfaces; keys can trigger one action or a multi-step macro. Profiles are listed for apps including Photoshop, Ableton, OBS, Xcode, and iTerm2, with layouts tailored to each iPhone. The page also describes several phones connecting to one Mac and offers a legacy download, though the extraction does not establish which features are available in that older version.
