A free browser-based vision screening tool that calibrates a display, tests one eye at a time from one metre, and estimates distance acuity.

Why it surfaced

The test uses a real 50 mm ruler calibration, randomly rotated Tumbling E symbols, and a fixed viewing distance to produce a repeatable screening estimate. It also explains its limits clearly: results stay in the browser, do not produce a prescription, and should not replace an eye examination.
