Why it surfaced

SoySAGE accepts a trait plus gene names or pasted/uploaded fastBAT results, then applies a locally deployed large language model for TMPS mechanism-priority scoring. It is explicitly built for public demonstrations and peer-review verification, although the homepage currently says the service is under maintenance.
