Why it surfaced
TubesRank replaces ordinary rankings with paid screen real estate: the top video gets the main billboard, ranks two and three share half-size slots, and lower entries collapse into a text line. The live board currently features IShowSpeed and PSY, while the site bluntly warns that bids stack and payments are nonrefundable.
