The browser exercise reduces polyphonic listening to a controlled identification task: three excerpts, three voice positions, and a question about which part entered last. Voces removes common shortcuts by using the same instrument for every voice and placing them in the center of the stereo field. The page says the iOS app goes further, asking users to sing or continue following a line while the surrounding parts remain audible.
