The Order of Possible Futures
A self-described religion of psychohistory built around probabilistic forecasting, personal base rates, and resolved predictions.
Field notes
The proposed practice treats forecasts as records rather than intuitions: each prediction receives an event, deadline, probability, and resolution rule, including a preserved record of misses. Its personal method compares a present situation with prior situations and separates a passive forecast from an active one made after changing conditions. The homepage also links to a Forecast Lab, Canon, sources, and a Compute Commons, though their functionality is not visible here.
