A ground-up English fan translation of the 2001 PlayStation remake of Dragon Quest IV, including its unreleased prologue and extra content.

Landing page captured for the 2026-09-11 issue.

Field notes

The translation preserves the PlayStation game's native Japanese engine and rewrites text in the disc's existing formats. Its public tooling covers twenty-one modules, including archive inspection, Huffman and LZSS compression, font reconstruction, and pointer discovery across MIPS overlays. The page reports a playable prologue and Chapters 1–4, with Chapters 5 and 6 still in progress. It also documents a patch-based distribution plan rather than hosting game data.
