DigitalBrain Data Explorer
An interactive atlas for exploring harmonized human-brain single-cell datasets by region, cell type, donor, and gene expression.
Field notes
DigitalBrain organizes cross-study human single-cell transcriptomic data around collection, dataset, donor, brain-region, and cell-type dimensions. Its interface separates overview charts from cell profiles and an interactive 3D atlas using Allen anatomy; the visible atlas references 105 profiles, 31 cell types, and 55 shared regions. Gene-expression views operate at global scope because the dataset axis is collapsed for that layer. The page also provides a preprint link and copy-citation controls for research use.
