Bootscry gives AI agents a physical-machine interface
A hardware interface lets AI agents see and operate machines through a video KVM; serial, camera, and other channels are still planned.
- For
- Systems engineers, operators, and agent developers
- Worth noticing
- The mouse tests report 1 px accuracy in X, based on 17 raw and 26 graphical checks on one running Linux target.
Field notes
The working reference uses a GL.iNet Comet video KVM: it supplied frames and timed key input during a BIOS demonstration, while exact typing and mouse placement were tested separately on running Linux. The published evidence links to capture records and test pages, and attaches scope limits to the results. Serial consoles, cameras, audio, other KVMs, a safety layer, audit trail, and MCP tools are described as planned; the reference implementation is private pending safety and release review.
