Field notes
The described setup uses cadastral parcels to define enclosures and fixed posts, then reuses them when preparing a hunt day. Organizers can assign posts manually or draw them, while participants validate safety instructions; the page says these details feed a PDF register. The broader association tools cover member paperwork and finances, and assembly support is described as calculating quorum and majority. The service labels itself a beta and says access is free during testing.
